Terms of Service

1. Services
Riserify Ltd provides outbound pipeline management services including email outreach, lead generation, reply management, and related consulting. The specific scope of services is defined in individual client agreements.
2. Engagement Terms
All engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise specified in writing. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, ideal customer profiles, and any brand guidelines. Clients must also ensure they have appropriate permissions and comply with applicable laws regarding outbound communications.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. Invoices are issued monthly and are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur reasonable interest charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All email copy, sequences, and campaign strategies created for a client during an engagement belong to the client upon payment. Riserify retains the right to use anonymised results and methodologies for marketing purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Riserify provides outbound services on a best-efforts basis. While we work to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as meeting volumes, reply rates, or revenue figures. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current month of service.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to client lists, business strategies, pricing, and campaign data.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
